As a Payments Consultant, you will support and execute on merchant consulting engagements by providing guidance to internal stakeholders and clients regarding credit/debit interchange and swipe fee optimization and cost management. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing merchant payment data from multiple card processors and developing and maintaining processes to further analyze payments data, monitor payments costs, perform interchange analysis, and identify payment issues and solutions. You will help develop forward-thinking interchange optimization and cost management strategies and tactics for large merchants. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the Company’s bottom line.

Optimized Payments is looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The Business Analyst will undertake requirements gathering, system analysis and specification for product development and project related activities. This person will report to the Chief Data Scientist.

The role will undertake a range of activities related to business process change, including gathering requirements from clients, determining solution options, defining, and documenting business requirements. And is also responsible for liaising between business teams and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of data from clients and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning in data management of payment operations.
